Identifying emerging cultural shifts in the spirits industry among Black consumers, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees.
Embarking on a two-part work stream that explored:
1) Which trends were most prominent in the liquor industry among Black consumers and which needs often go overlooked when trying to target this cohort.
2) A cultural exploration of the corporate American liquor industry and what Black workers in the space experience. Research was done into how to make the environment more inclusive with a consideration for ethnic, regional, and generational identities within the Black diaspora.
